Founder & President
Over the last 17 years, Carrie Rankin has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors on strategic communications and team management.
Most recently, Carrie served as the chief of staff to Congressman Seth Moulton (D-MA). She joined Moulton’s team in 2013 as communications director when Moulton launched his long-shot bid for the seat against 18-year incumbent Congressman John Tierney. Post-election, Carrie worked to build his profile as an effective, bipartisan member of Congress who puts progress ahead of politics. She left the office in Spring 2018 as the Congressman’s chief of staff.
Prior, Carrie served as the national communications director at Teach For America. She also led efforts to promote the founder's book, A Chance to Make History, which was featured on the Washington Post’s bestseller list.
Carrie also spent seven years in Washington, D.C. working in the communications offices for John Kerry for President, then-U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Patrick Murphy for Congress (PA-08) and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Carrie received her B.A. from Gettysburg College with honors in sociology. She lives in West Concord, Massachusetts, with her husband, Jonathan, and two kids Cooper and Leah.
